The central part of the site is an administrational building, wherein management and supervision are exercised. Landfill site or final disposal site lies on the upper side of the above mentioned building, while Solidification Pant and Percolating Water Treatment Plant lie on lower side of the building.
This site follows the Environmental Management System,（ISO 14001）, wherein, P(plan) 、D(do) 、C(check) 、A(action) are exercised in practice.

There are two models of operational systems executes simultaneously in this site: Landfill site belongs to the “government own, government operational system”. While both Percolating Water Treatment Plant and Solidification Plant belong to the “government own, private operational system”. The operations are supervised by Environmental Protection Department.

As for the personnel, the site assigned one manager, one supervisor, four skillful workers, and one consultant . As for the executive contracted teams, the Water Treatment Plant team, 10 participants; Solidification Plant team, 14 participants.
